We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied with Vaeron for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
Email vaeron@designsocean.com within 14 days of your first payment. Include your account email and the reason for your refund request.
After the 14-day window, we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
For annual plans (when available): if you cancel within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months remaining on your plan.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to abuse or violations of our Terms of Service.
